By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Introduction

Consolto is an online platform that connects users seeking guidance (“Users”) with verified professionals or experts (“Experts”) through video calls, audio calls, chat, and short videos.
The purpose of Consolto is to help people make confident, informed decisions with clarity — not to replace licensed or professional services (e.g., medical or legal treatment).

2. Eligibility

To use Consolto, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.

• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and platform rules.

3. Account Registration

• Users and Experts must create an account with accurate personal details.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Consolto is not liable for unauthorized account access caused by user negligence.

4. Services Offered

Consolto enables:

• Users to discover, watch, and book consultations with verified experts.

• Experts to share content, upload short videos, and conduct paid or free sessions.

Consolto provides a communication bridge only — it does not control or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of expert advice.

5. Role of Consolto

• Consolto is a technology facilitator, not a party to any agreement between Users and Experts.

• Consolto does not provide or endorse medical, legal, or financial advice.

• Any advice, consultation, or opinion shared on the platform is the sole responsibility of the respective Expert.

6. Expert Verification

• Experts are verified based on credentials, documents, and profile review.

• Consolto does not guarantee 100% accuracy of provided information.

• False or misleading information may lead to suspension or permanent removal.

7. Payments and Refunds

• All payments are made securely through authorized payment gateways integrated within Consolto.

• Users pay only for confirmed sessions.

• If a session is canceled, interrupted, or not delivered due to technical or expert-side issues, Consolto’s auto-refund policy applies.

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

• Consolto reserves the right to deduct applicable service or transaction fees.

8. Expert Earnings and Payouts

• Experts earn income based on completed sessions.

• Payouts are made to registered bank accounts after deductions (service fees, taxes, etc.).

• Experts must comply with all local tax regulations.

9. Code of Conduct

For Users:

• Treat experts with respect and professionalism.

• Avoid sharing false information, offensive language, or illegal content.

• Do not record or distribute sessions without permission.

For Experts:

• Maintain professionalism and ethical behavior at all times.

• Do not make unrealistic claims or guarantee specific results.

• Respect confidentiality and user privacy.

Violation of these codes may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

10. Privacy and Confidentiality

• All consultations are end-to-end encrypted.

• Consolto follows a strict Privacy Policy to protect user data.

• Experts must not share user information outside the platform.

11. Intellectual Property

• All Consolto trademarks, designs, content, and logos are the property of Consolto Pvt. Ltd.

• Users and Experts may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

• Experts retain rights to their own content (videos, posts, or advice) but grant Consolto a license to display and promote it.

12. Limitation of Liability

Consolto is not liable for:

• Any damages resulting from advice or services provided by experts.

• Technical disruptions, server downtime, or internet-related issues.

• User misunderstandings, disputes, or decisions made based on consultations.

Users are advised to verify and act on expert advice at their discretion.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Consolto Pvt. Ltd., its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the platform.

• Violation of any law or third-party rights.

• Breach of these Terms.

14. Termination of Account

Consolto reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:

• False information or fraud is detected.

• Terms of use or code of conduct are violated.

• Misuse, harassment, or illegal activity is reported.

Users may also delete their account anytime through the app settings.

15. Modifications to Terms

Consolto may update or revise these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be published on the website and app. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
